Scottish Shellfish is the UK’s premier
producer of finest quality shellfish;
supplying supermarkets, wholesalers
and restaurants with mussels, oysters,
scallops, crabs, lobsters, langoustines and
other shellfish. The shellfish is farmed
in nineteen farms located in the pristine
seas and sheltered sea lochs of Shetland.
Our shellfish are taken from sea to plate
as quickly as possible to give you, the
consumer, the freshest possible produce.
Our website features a wide range of
