Sandwick Bakery has been trading
for over one hundred years and we
pride ourselves on our traditional
Shetland recipes. Our water
biscuits, butter biscuits, plain
oatcakes, wheaten scones and
traditional girdle bannocks are all
hand-crafted using recipes and
methods created by our bakers all
those years ago.
