Skibhoul Bakery is the most northerly
bakery in the UK. We have been in
business for over 130 years making fresh
bread and rolls each weekday, plus a wide
range of biscuits. Our Oceanic Oatcakes
contain sea water collected from the
northernmost tip of Shetland, where the
Atlantic Ocean and North Sea merge.
Skibhoul Stores is our shop adjoining the
bakery, from where our bakery products
can be purchased.
Our goods are also available online and
from many other Shetland outlets.
