Mary extends a warm and friendly welcome to her guests, and will do everything she can to ensure you enjoy your stay. She offers a hearty breakfast, with evening meals available upon request, where the majority of special diets can be catered for, on prior arrangement. Local, organic ingredients are used depending on availability.
Mary is proud to maintain the 4 star rating she was awarded by Visit Scotland when the B&B opened in 2010. She has also been awarded the Visit Scotland ‘Taste our Best’ certificate, issued to members using quality of ingredients of Scottish Provenance, where at least 40% of Scottish produce is highlighted on the menu.
In addition to this, Mary is an active member of Taste of Shetland, an organisation supported by members equally passionate about their Shetland home and the vast array of quality local products available. Mary loves to cook, using as many local ingredients as possible in her menus.
