International Kitchen - Agnese's Classical Rasols

Ingredients

• 3 cooked carrots
• 3 cooked potatoes
• 200g Doctorska sausage
• 4 hard boiled eggs
• 4 pickles
• 200g garden peas

Dressing:

• 160g sour cream
• 100g mayo
• 50g mustard
• Pinch of salt and black pepper
• 60g pickle juice

Method

1. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
2. Cut carrots, potatoes, sausage, eggs and pickles in small pieces.
3. Mix ingredients with dressing.
