Ingredients
DOUGH
- 500g flour
- 1 egg
- 60g sugar
- 30g butter
- 7g dry yeast (1 sachet)
- 200ml warm milk
FILLING
- 300g ground walnuts
- 100ml hot milk
- Sugar according to taste
- 3 drops rum aroma (dr. Oetker)
- Raisins, Cinnamon (optional)
Method
- After mixing all the ingredients for dough leave it to rest at least for 30 min.
- Then divide it into 2 halves and roll it with a pin roll to half a cm so that it will fit into your backing tray after.
- Then spread the filling all over it evenly and roll it.
- Leave it to rest for at least 15 min and then bake it in the oven on 180 degrees C for 25-30 min.
- Cover it with baking paper to prevent burning, if your oven is strong.
